Who the controller is
The party responsible for processing data on this site is ZONIALABS - AI LABORATORIES LTDA, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 69.275.852/0001-98. That company decides what is collected and why, and it is the one you address about your data.
Data we collect
The data you enter in the form: name, email, company and message. We also record the page language and the origin of the visit.
Purpose
We use this data only to reply to your message and to carry on the conversation about the product.
Legal basis
We process the data based on your consent and on the legitimate interest of responding to you, in line with applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
Form data stays with us for up to 24 months from your last contact. After that it is deleted, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer. You do not have to wait for that: ask for deletion and we remove it sooner.
Your project data
This site only handles what you type into the contact form. Inside the product, your source code stays on your machine; what belongs to the project — conversations, memories, decisions and audit — lives on your Zonialabs account's server, under your own access control.
Cookies and audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used — pages visited, where the visit came from, and form clicks. It writes cookies in your browser and sends that data to Google, including to servers outside your country. None of it runs before you accept: until then tracking stays blocked and no measurement cookie is written. You choose in the notice shown on your first visit, and you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser — the notice will ask again. Declining limits no part of the site.
Confidentiality and access
The information is kept confidential, with access restricted to the people involved in answering you.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time.
